Refund and Returns Policy


Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team before sending any items back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods or food products that have been opened

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photographs of the product and packaging to help us process your claim.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates only. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, holidays, or high shipping volumes are outside of our control and do not automatically qualify for refunds.
