Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched the same day or within one business day after the order is placed.
Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. In most cases, orders are delivered within 5–20 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

While most deliveries arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Customs and Import Processing
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and processing, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

Customs clearance is managed by the destination country’s customs authority and is completely outside of our control.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot influence or speed up customs processing times.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is managed by the carrier and local postal services. While delays are uncommon, they may occur from time to time.
